About this organization

What COFSAB is here to do

COFSAB helps Alberta condominium owners share knowledge, build stronger boards, and make informed decisions together.
Objectives of the Condominium Owners Forum
  • Enhance communication among condominium owners for the improved management of our homes and corporations.
  • Share information and best practices.
  • Enhance and improve condominium board management.
  • Create a community where informed and interested condominium owners can meet, engage, and support each other online and in person.
Why COFSAB

Condo owners need clear information about their rights and obligations when they buy into a shared corporation. COFSAB fills that information gap for Alberta owners and supports better-informed condominium living.

Our purpose

Help owners understand their responsibilities, identify best practices, and make condominium corporations work effectively for owners, boards, administrators, managers, and professional advisors.
