Condominium living is the fastest-growing part of Alberta housing. Alberta has more than 8,800 condominium corporations and 440,000 individual condominium units; COFSAB estimates that more than 1.2 million Albertans live in condos.

COFSAB is the only incorporated, province-wide organization exclusively representing Alberta condominium owners. It helps owners find answers, understand their rights, and connect with information, education, and peers.
