What to do

1. Use the main navigation at the top of the page, or open the Menu button on a phone or tablet.
2. Choose Events for upcoming and past sessions, Resources for guides and documents, or Publication for newsletters and magazines.
3. Use the magnifying-glass button when you know what you are looking for but not where it is located.
4. Choose Member login to open your account, or Join Us to become a member.

What to do

1. Choose Member login and enter the email address associated with your COF membership.
2. Enter your password and continue. If the site recognizes an older membership without a new account, choose Continue to account setup.
3. Open the COF activation email and follow its secure link, then choose a new password.
4. After signing in, confirm that your name or account icon appears in the header.

infoActivation links and temporary passwords expire. Request a new setup email instead of reusing an expired one.

What to do

1. Open Member login, enter your email address, and choose the forgotten-password option.
2. Check your inbox and spam folder for the COF verification message.
3. Enter the verification code and choose a new password that meets the displayed requirements.
4. Return to Member login and sign in with the new password.

What to do

1. Confirm that you entered the same email address used for your COF membership.
2. Check spam or junk mail and wait a few minutes before requesting another activation or reset message.
3. If a code or link has expired, restart the setup or password-reset process to receive a new one.
4. If passkey sign-in fails, choose password sign-in instead. Contact COF if the account is still not recognized.

What to do

1. Sign in, open the account menu, and choose Profile.
2. Review Personal details and Mailing address, then correct any outdated information.
3. Business and organizational members should also review their organization or condo-corporation details.
4. Choose Save changes and confirm that the success message appears.

What to do

1. Sign in and open Profile, then choose Preferences or Notifications.
2. Review the email-consent setting and the newsletter, event, and resource-update preference.
3. Turn on only the messages you want to receive, then save your changes.
4. You may also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a COF newsletter.

infoCOF sends consent-controlled email only when the required email permission is enabled.

What to do

1. Sign in, open the account menu, and choose History.
2. Review the balance summary at the top of the page.
3. Read the newest-first timeline to find membership, event, invoice, and payment activity.
4. Use the document actions beside an activity when an invoice or receipt is available.

What to do

1. Open History from the signed-in account menu.
2. Find the membership or event activity associated with the payment.
3. Choose Download invoice or Download receipt.
4. If the document does not open, allow downloads for the COF website and try again.

What to do

1. Sign in with the bundle coordinator account and open Manage Bundle from the account menu.
2. Review the participant limit and the number of places remaining.
3. Enter the participant email addresses and choose Add members.
4. Send or resend invitations as needed, and monitor each participant status on the same page.

infoThe Manage Bundle option appears only for the coordinator of an eligible organizational membership.

What to do

1. Choose Events from the main navigation.
2. Use List for a chronological overview or Calendar to browse by month and date.
3. Upcoming events appear first. Past events remain available farther down the list.
4. Choose an event title to see its schedule, location, speakers, registration, recordings, and downloads.

What to do

1. Open the event and sign in if the event requires a member account.
2. Choose Register and select the ticket that matches your eligibility.
3. Review the event and ticket details, then confirm the registration.
4. Look for the success message and registration email. Check spam if it does not arrive promptly.

What to do

1. Sign in with the account used to register for the event.
2. Open the event details shortly before the scheduled start time.
3. Choose Join online meeting and allow your browser to open Zoom when prompted.
4. If the button is unavailable, confirm the event has not ended and that you are using the correct member account.

What to do

1. Choose Resources from the main navigation.
2. Enter a keyword or choose a category to narrow the results.
3. Open a resource to read its description and see available files or source links.
4. Clear the filters when you want to return to the complete library.

What to do

1. Open the resource, video, or past event you want to view.
2. If the page identifies it as members-only, choose Sign in and return to the same item afterward.
3. Confirm that your membership is active when the content requires a paid membership.
4. Contact COF if you believe you qualify but the page continues to show an access notice.

What to do

1. Open Contact and choose the most relevant contact method.
2. Include the page address, the approximate time, and the task you were trying to complete.
3. Describe what you expected and copy the exact error message when one is displayed.
4. If you attach a screenshot, remove passwords, payment details, private member information, and security codes.
